Anchoring our team is Steve Kaer, as a Native Oregonian from Portland; Steve attended Lewis & Clark College and has been involved with Northwest real estate since 1979.

A well-known name and figure in our market, Steve has closed well over $200 million in total home sales and has been involved with properties ranging from first home buyers
to multi-million dollar deals.

Steve is also a member of the International President’s Elite, a Million Dollar Club
Platinum Member and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.

Peter is a 4th Generation Oregonian who attended Portland’s Lincoln High School, followed by a degree from Oregon State University.

Peter’s clients often remark about how comfortable and trusting they feel when working with him, which stems from his ability to listen, combined with his industry knowledge
and win-win negotiating strategies.

As an active member of our community, Peter volunteers regularly and contributes a percentage of every real estate commission to the local charity of his client’s choice.

Marc is a Native Oregonian that grew up in the Lake Oswego area and attended Oregon State, where he earned a degree in Psychology.

Marc comes from a Sales & Marketing background that allows him to provide clients with best of industry selling techniques combined with a hard working, can-do attitude that delivers impressive results.
