Anchoring our team is Steve Kaer, as a Native Oregonian from Portland; Steve attended Lewis & Clark College and has been involved with Northwest real estate since 1979.

A well-known name and figure in our market, Steve has closed well over $200 million in total home sales and has been involved with properties ranging from first home buyers
to multi-million dollar deals.

Steve is also a member of the International President’s Elite, a Million Dollar Club
Platinum Member and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.

Marc is a Native Oregonian that grew up in the Lake Oswego area and attended Oregon State, where he earned a degree in Psychology.

Marc comes from a Sales & Marketing background that allows him to provide clients with best of industry selling techniques combined with a hard working, can-do attitude that delivers impressive results.

Lisa is also a native Oregonian. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and has an extensive background in business management and sales. She also has experience with commercial property and residential building.

Over the years she has mentored several young woman throughout high school and college and continues her involvement within the community.

Lisa rounds out the Kaer Property Team with her organizational skills and attention to detail.
