Lisa Yeager is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Southwest Portland. Never a stranger to the real estate industry, Lisa interned with Steve Kaer in the late 1980s before obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. After graduating from U of O, Lisa went to work in the manufacturing industry where she worked her way up to become the president and managing partner of a large manufacturing firm.
Lisa’s previous experience managing a large corporation gives her a wide range of experience negotiating corporate and union contracts. This experience has proved invaluable while negotiating difficult real estate transactions.
Lisa’s clients appreciate her ability to remain calm under pressure while being a tough negotiator. Lisa’s hard work and dedication to her clients’ well being is matched only by that of her partners on the Kaer team.
Lisa has worked side-by-side with her husband (a licensed contractor) building residential houses and owning/managing investment properties. This experience also gives her unique appreciation and insight into the real estate world.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Her hobbies include cooking, exploring wine country, skiing, golfing and reading. Lisa has been married for 19 years to her high school sweetheart and considers herself very lucky to have a husband that is her biggest fan and is also willing to put up with her unpredictable work schedule.
